Apartments Zubčić - Vrsi Mulo

The Villa Zubčić is located in the peaceful fishing village of Vrsi Mulo, only 20 km from Zadar and just a few minutes’ drive from the royal, historic town of Nin. Two equally sized apartments are available on the upper floor of the house, each with two balconies and a beautiful sea view from the bedroom. Guests have access to a large terrace in the backyard and a traditional stone grill, perfect for gatherings and preparing favourite barbecue dishes. The pebble beach Mulo is less than 200 metres away, and nearby you will find restaurants, cafés, taverns and facilities for children.

In the area around the apartments, you will find a wide selection of beaches – from the sandy Ričina, Ždrijac and the famous Queen’s Beach in Nin, to the attractive pebble beach Duboka Draga, surrounded by rocks and crystal-clear sea. Guests also enjoy visiting the small island of Zečevo, which can be reached on foot across the shallow water. Nature lovers can explore a large pine forest with a seaside walking path, hidden coves and natural shade. Just a few minutes’ walk away is the centre of Vrsi Mulo, offering grocery stores, a market, a bakery, a butcher, fresh fish stalls and restaurants. For day trips, the national parks Paklenica, Krka and Kornati are within easy reach, as well as the Zrmanja River canyon, known for the filming of the Winnetou movies.
