Apartmani Zubčić - Vrsi Mulo

The family house Zubčić is located in the beautiful and peaceful fishing village of Vrsi Mulo, which is 20 km from Zadar and 5 km from the royal town of Nin. From Zagreb, it’s about a two and a half hour drive. Two equally sized apartments are available for rent on the upper floor of the house. Each apartment has two balconies and a sea view from the bedroom balcony.

In the backyard behind the house, guests have access to a large terrace and a built-in fireplace for socializing while enjoying barbecue and grill specialties of their choice.

The Mulo pebble beach is less than 200 meters down the street. The beach has amenities for both adults and children, including restaurants, taverns, and cafes, a children's park with swings and seesaws, a water park with inflatables, beach volleyball, sunshade and deck chair rentals, pedal boats, jet skis, and more. You can also enjoy the nearby sandy beaches: Ričina, just a 5-minute drive away, Ždrijac Beach, 10 minutes by car, and the famous Queen's Beach in Nin, less than 15 minutes away by car. Just a few minutes' drive away is the well-known pebble beach Duboka Draga, surrounded by cliffs where young people enjoy jumping into the crystal-clear sea. There is also the small island of Zečevo, which many of our guests like to visit for swimming; you can reach the island by walking across the shallow water. Near your apartment, there is also a large pine forest with a seaside promenade and wild beaches offering natural shade for those who enjoy peace, quiet, the scent of pine, and pristine nature.

Less than a 5-minute easy walk from the house is the small center of Vrsi Mulo, where there are two grocery stores, a market with local fruits and vegetables, a butcher shop, a bakery, fresh fish sales, fast food, an ATM, a restaurant/pizzeria,...
